May he raise his hand who never wanted to live in a tree house! We, thanks to Amila, could realize this dream ... what happened!

Update: Amila has ceased to be the owner of this accommodation, so we don't know if the new one is doing things right. Now he manages the Richard's Cabanas, with a pool! We don't see the time to come back and meet him 😉

The Yala Eco Tree House It is a place we will never forget: at the moment it has two small houses in the tree (one double and one triple) although soon they will build two more.

To get to our room we had to climb some stairs supported by the tree and once we arrived we freaked out… how beautiful! The room (triple) apart from being new (the site opened in November 2013) is very well decorated, the mattresses were also the most comfortable of the trip! Although the best are undoubtedly the views: on the terrace you will have nature and more nature. We were never in Africa, but it gave us the feeling of being in full savana. It will be because of the proximity of Yala National Park or the sounds of birds and peacocks ...

In addition, the Tree House has a special charm: nearby there is a lake where you can walk and enjoy the sunset, it has a very large enclosure full of banana trees, trees and palm trees and when the sun goes to sleep a large bonfire gives the place a Touch even more unique.

You can stay there watching the llamas with the dogs the sea of majos or go to enjoy a great dinner: the cook has magical hands, and everything we ate mmm was requetebueno!

And what about Amila and her friends? They are super friendly, close and fun guys, who have cared for us at all times. We even had a Spanish party, with dj, lights and smoke included: a great night that we will never forget! THANKS!!
